My server seems to be running fine and the TPS is quite nice. However, the FrozenPanel is still glitchy with tons of bugs. The restart button doesn't even work. Support is still shit as always. Anti-vouch, don't use this company.
100% agree with you. TPS is good, but its not that hard to get co-located servers or rent something like this http://www.soyoustart.com/en/offers/e3-ssd-3.xml . Support shouldn't be called support, they seem to acknowledge but ignore most things, that is if they reply with an answer relevant to the question you asked. Restart button works for me, however there are loads of bugs they were 'fixing' 2 weeks ago, still nothing there. As i have seen on twitter Liam is developing his server website while leaving clients with a bugged control panel, I highly don't recommend FrostBite.

I do, but am moving in a month (my old host has a large recurring discount usually in September).
As for frostbite, they still haven't fixed bugs their updates caused, despite being 'working on it' 1 and a half weeks ago.
What host? :p

It's sunny day here and i decided to drop by and give you my review :)

I have been with Frostbite for around 2 months...what can i say... good service for this price! Support isn't as fast as they claim but mostly you will get reply under 12h. It's helpful and polite. Server is running quite well. Though i haven't yet had chance to test how many players my server really can hold but performance stats looks good so far. There have been performance issues twice for a short while but nothing major. Only downside was at the beginning when i requested my dedicated ip they messed up a bit and gave my server ip what's already being used but problem got solved fast. About this new control panel...like few more people before me said 'restart button' doesn't work for me as well and i'm really waiting for backup button to show up again...but i can live with that.

Everyone is free to choose to pay 10$/gb and expect excellent service or pay 2.5$/gb (i got 50% off ) and be prepared to have some issues...

Overall i'm satisfied with their service and looking forward to continue using it.

Edited: For the last week service has been terrible...server is offline most of the time! De-vouch!

Good luck with your server, but I would recommend TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOST they are crap.

As well as them still 'working on' on the login page of frozen panel redirecting to a page with
{"success":1,"goURL":"\/"}
on rather than the frozen panel dashboard - I'd expect someone who claims
I know PHP,HTML,CSS,JS,SQL,LUA and tons more

I know, Liam also seems to be ignoring my support ticket asking when it will be back up. De-vouch too, moving back to my old host next month who I had no problems with.

Honestly, I don't see how this host still exists. Liam's past host was a failure as he scammed his clients out of their money and then shut down abruptly. At least this time the hardware is online except according to every client with a brain, the service is horrid.
