Honestly, I don't see how this host still exists. Liam's past host was a failure as he scammed his clients out of their money and then shut down abruptly. At least this time the hardware is online except according to every client with a brain, the service is horrid.

I'm in contact with a few other hosts currently seeing who to move to. Once im back from holiday in 2 days (if i can access FTP) I will be moving away from FrostBite.

It was pretty good for me, until now. Currently scrambling to find another host as well.

I was going to a couple months ago. I bought 2 512mb from them for $.62, one for bungeecord, the other for building/doing small stuff. The bungeecord server was using up 90% CPU, and the other one was just vanilla using between 70%-80%. I told them I was going to chargeback because their server's cannot support nearly what they claim it can, and they said that if I chargeback, they'll forward my information to their lawyers. They moved me to another node, but nonetheless, getting their "lawyers" involved in a chargeback for $1.25?

I'm doing the same thing! Honestly i did full backup few days ago when ftp was still on...but since i'm builder i constantly building new things and there still is few little/recent builds i would like to get off that server...

You're just low-balling. I'm a customer with Frostbite, and like everyone who is, is upset with the service. I'm sure other people who run their own company saw what was going on, yet they didn't tell people here to come over to there company. It's probably the most unprofessional thing you could do.
