xP Welp, I feel that you shouldn't need to purchase an addon for a freakin "subgroup." It's a waste of money. :L You should have a "24 Hour Chargeback Guarantee" kinda thing. You shouldn't have a policy stating "only if something goes wrong then we refund." Yes, there is something wrong. I don't like the service you're providing for me, sorry. Not trying to bash anyone here, but it's kinda pointless having a hosting company who needs you to pay for subgroups when I can go to somewhere else. Slow ticket repliers make it worse as well. (Btw, Dream, just stating my points. Not saying you're not doing good on the business.)

From what he posted on his website for a week after closing, something in regards to hosting not being enjoyable. If he opens this host again, it's bound to fail again.

I'm referencing Errota, not Frostbite. Also, he only has vouches from other things he sold but when it comes to leadership, he fails drastically.

I'm not entirely sure what is going on as people act as if it shutdown (which it may have), however I got a response last night from a support ticket offering a 7 day service extension, and 10% off next two months (not that i'll stay), which suggests they haven't closed.

I have a 1 week old backup of mine, however I was told that they had backups of the files. I'm staying until they recover my files (if they manage to) then moving away asap.

Sadly we have been working hard to fix the machine you are on due to an issue with the OS not booting wd had to reset the machine in order for it to work again.

We have backups from the machine however it may not have picked you up if you are a new client ect so if you would like the backup we can check for you.

We are deeply sorry for the issue that has came up however we would like to offer you 7 days added to the invoice along with 10% off the next 2 invoices.

We have a few new machines that have large amounts of power and would be a huge upgrade from the machine you have been on, If you would like to me moved over to that machine we can do that for you, If not we can change you location or put you on a random machine.

I bought the redstone plane and the FrozenPlus addon. Top quality servers It's worth it just for the MySQL. Its a one-time fee and other host I have been with charged 2.50+ a month. I can deal with that. I don't see your guys problem. Also the prices are the most reasonable I have seen for services like this. Nodecraft charges 5$ plus a GB and these Guys have a custom panel and charge "Less" and it works wonders!
Cons: Slow support ticket response. My frozen plus addon was not activated right away nor was my dedicated IP from the red stone plan.

Pros: Custom panel, Fast servers [20tps 15 plugins], Great layout, SUMMER coupon code takes 50% off entire order including FrozenPlus so I rely paid $2.50 for it.

Overall I would go with them again any time and would recommend it to you.

PS: FrostBiteHosting message me if you want someone familiar with the WHMCS support ticket system since you seem to be lacking in that area. Cheers

Yep. I've moved to another host but got 2 weeks left until my services expires so i'm just messing around with them to see what they do. I asked to be put on a new node in Europe, and I ended up in America.
