I'd change that; developers are people that actually work. Anyone can edit a yml file. To call someone doing work a 'code monkey' instead of a 'developer' whilst the 'developer' is changing "heal-cooldown" to 60 in a config file is kinda insulting. Just my opinion; do as you wish!

All these people going for the CEO position.

I guarantee you that < a quarter are actually educated in Business.
They're just going for it because of the title.

I can assure they won't get it unless they have are fairly educated and willing to invest money into our Networks for the better.
I do not ask for silent partners which maintain lack of co-operation and are in there for profit and nothing else,As a Network Founder I thrive to have the best Staff Members with the best of capabilitys.
