I know how to do almost everything from configging to setting up the server. I'm looking for someone who has the same capabilities and skills as me to help me along the way because as of right now, I am the only one that has worked on my server. I'm not seeing what is funny.

Okay well let me explain something to you then. A Developer is someone that knows Java and knows how to operate their IDE, not someone that can open a config file and type some shit with a text editor, anyone can do that.

My mistake dude, developer can be classified as some who can config plugins too you know. Not all have to know how to code in some situations.

Also, this is false. As stated, literally anyone can modify a config file. A developer in this case is always defined as someone who writes code in Java while utilizing the Minecraft API. You do not have these skills, which is why you have opened this thread to obtain someone who does.

Hello MC-Market, I'm the owner of KronosPvP Factions.
I am looking for a full time developer(*CONFIGGER OR CODER*) who will help me control and manage my minecraft factions for free(will be paid in future if server succeeds).

Information:
My name is Champay and I have invested approximately 200+ dollars into my minecraft factions server. This includes domains, plugins, server plans, website, buycraft and out server logo which I will be receiving tomorrow which looks amazing. I need a free developer with lots of experience to help me develop the server and help make the server successful. Do not contact me if you have no developer experience. I need a serious developer(1-2+ years) that recognizes the fact that we can take the server places and will help me reach those goals.

Requirements:
Developed servers before!
Age of 14+
Have Discord
Knowledge on how to run a Factions server effectively and smoothly.

I have owned many server before and hope to make this server one to remember. Note that you will need to be interviewed by myself in order to be accepted onto the team. If you are going to waste our time you may as well leave and keep in mind if you're not serious about this you will not become a developer on KronosPvP. Hoping for the best -Champay.​

No one with 1-2 years of experience is going to work for free. Also 200+ is not that much for a server anymore. The faction market is over saturated and if you want to get some players you need to invest about 500+ in just ads.
