I'm 17 years old, I've coded in Java for approximately 2 years, I also know C# and a couple of web-based languages as well (HTML & CSS, JS & jQuery, mySQL).
I can develop everything from GUI's and new in-game mechanics to the small things such as basic commands, etc.
I do require pay for each plugin I make, but I'm very flexible and also willing to work for quite cheap(1-5$ depends on the plugin).
