The City includes a lot of apartments and transportation ways which connects them. Also there is futuristic atmosphere on map so you can use it as your hub or lobby. I couldn't sell it like 1-2 months to anyone. So price is very low please do not ask for make it lower. Price is only $9.50 as not exclusive. Also you have to know that, you can edit it but you can't resell it.
