That kind of style is really hard to find for cheap. I really like Wolfieoh's style as well as other artists but AffluentDesigns is the cheapest you'll get for that style and even disregarding quality for cheaper you won't get that look of the face and that shiny-ness and all the other details that make that art what it is.
