GFX artist for ConvexSetups! [Paid]

Hey MCM,
Today I am looking for a GFX artist for Convex Setups in-case someone needs any GFX involved with there setups. We will also need a logo in the future and I would like that to be hand drawn with a tablet, so you need to be experienced with hand drawn graphics as well.

I would like someone with a lot of experience and has a portfolio or can show me there past experiences/work.

How would payment work?

1. I will get of the buyer what exactly they want on there graphics.

2. You will start and keep showing me how it is going while you are doing it.

3. After it is complete I will pay you, you will then send me all the files invloved with the graphics.

(FOR THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE NEEDS GRAPHICS WITH A SERVER, I WANT YOU TO SEND ME THE GRAPHICS FIRST AND THEN I PAY YOU TO SHOW I CAN TRUST YOU.)
