There is no specific number, it's the support i get as a whole. Not to mention the downtime.

Apparently you don't have panels that can handle what you are selling.

Your host has 100 different panels wtf

1/2 don't even work due to the panel being full of ram

Can't give you my transaction id because I'm not going to search for it in 30000 emails, and why would I want to come back here

Our support is fast, so if you have not submitted a ticket, your claim is pretty much wrong.

It takes seconds to find an Email using the easy function that nearly ALL Email company's have which allows you to search with keywords.

When did i say i haven't submitted a support ticket? I've sent around 10 and have referred about 50 people. (Sorry...) Support isn't even the main issue. I wouldn't need to submit any tickets if it weren't for the fact that my server spontaneously decides not to work every month or so.

Uhm, we keep all records. Its just if he provides me the right information, we will be able to retrieve his account in notime. We do not delete accounts, randomly.

...My own view of GGServers...

:D well so far besides never using a online host an hosting myself to start off with i find GGServers fine for what i need.. Yes i have only joined yesterday after looking at lots of places and when i found this i was a little concerned, but besides for setting up the server an the odd part of it showing my server offline even tho i play on it i am yet to find any real problems.
Do note i did run around blowing a ton of stuff up to start off with just as my small test since setting like 50+ tnt in a mountain then watching it go boom did lag when i was hosting myself an would find im waiting for it to load back up running a forge server on 256mb ram with 1 mod, Soooo i got the offer they have of 512mb for up to 6 people since it is only me an my mate so far that play with more to come if this works out well an i tested the same thing on a default world the server made with forge did the same thing an no problems at all with the 1 mod on so spent like my 1st 3 hours looking at how much i could push it so the ram maxed after opening the map for a long time an destroyed so much easy 10k tnt total an yet to have any problems.
well with that said decided i would load my world on it an bam worked no problem for me an my mate tested for any lag via phone call and we are very happy with what GGServers have provided that now we can enjoy the game time we have now unlike when i was hosting it i an more than happy to upgrade again an get my other friends on for some fun times of minecraft.
Thanks GGServers for what you have provided for me and my friends at a great cost of $1.06 between us.
