I know this is pretty low of me. But please understand me. Don't hate on the thread, I know it's stupid but I need it. Please. I can provide pictures, and all the proof needed just please don't trash.

*long story*
So, my close friend/girlfriend (we ain't dating cause of personal issues between us both, but you know) is cutting herself, she's crying e.t.c.
Why?
Because according to her her life is shit.

I want to be there to be able to support her, however, I can't. I live in the U.K. (England) and she lives in Denmark. So I setup a gofundme. There's a lot more of the story there. For anybody needing proof, I'll provide proof of her crying, our chat conversations whatever the fuck you need for me to be able to get the funds, for god knows I'll do anything to get these funds. I just want to be there to support her.

I know that nobody has the heart to donate but worth a shot.

So I need the money to be able to go to Denmark. I need to go to Denmark to visit one of my friends, they are currently going through a very bad time, they are feeling really bad, and without showing it, I feel as they are thinking of self-harming due to the use of language e.t.c.

At school, they have no friends, she had friends last year but some people spread a rumour around and she has no friends causing her to be lonely all the time.
She messaged me last night saying something along the lines of "my life is shit everything about it is shit".
She's basically being bullied, but nobody can stop it everybody has tried. I just want to be there for her and I need to go visit her to support her.

I've come here, since I have nobody else to really ask for support, if I can get this then it would be so hugely appreciated from every one of you who have been able to fund this. I will be very happy, well more than happy. There are no words that can describe it, and same goes to her.

She doesn't know I am doing this, I wish to make it more of a surprise, and if I able to do this, then I would contact her mother to be able to get there e.t.c.


I need the funds by preferably Saturday since I wish to leave on Sunday as it is the cheapest option.

This is for me and my dad the plane tickets.

With Christianity, most people are taught the religious techniques and practices from an early age, Nobody can just "Start" engaging in Christianity or any other religion if they don't believe in such a religion.

I understand your situation, and I am aware travelling to Denmark will help for a short-period of time, But there are other options you can get to resolve problems with depression long-term, and no Suicide Prevention Helpline isn't effective due to how many prank / innapropriate calls they have.

I recommend getting her to call the Simaritans or some other organisation, they have experienced a lot of situations and know how to help with depression and suicidal tendancies.

I understand you're point there, but if you were suffering from depression would you rather deal with a complete stranger or a close friend?

On my server, once I had a player who did this all the time, made up lies to get the attention of guys.
All I am saying is don't ruin your life trying to save hers, for all you know it's all lies.

Yes it is real, he's been talking about her all the time and i've even chatted with her, Block and a few of their friends.

Yeah, this kinda sealed the deal on any form of money gathering for a "good cause" other then the official ones.
@Obviously also didn't like much that I called him out for lashing out on any critique, it was pretty obvious that he was very agressive in defending his position with "proof" that ended up being fake.

Example of behavior that @obviously also used:

Feel free to donate people, it's not like its a investment or anything, but if anybody falls for this and it ends up being fake you won't really deserve to be outraged again for falling for the same scam.

I'm not going to say it is false, because I don't know, but many people around this age get thoughts like this because they don't know what to do with there life, but in time it will hopefully pass. Waiting to convince us that it is true to end up receiving not enough money anyways will not get her the help she needs. You need to contact people who can actually help. Every second you wait, the worse it may get. If you don't stand up for the situation and get her the right help then it's on you.

Like I said, proof or not, you are not capable of solving the issue. If it was a gofundme to get her the correct treatment then I would consider, but there's no way to prove she isn't lying, hasn't sent you fake pictures, etc. I'm just being realistic, unless she has video shared with you and shown her in person with cuts there's no proof of any occurrences. I'm just stating the facts, I know it isn't what you want to hear, but people over the internet can very easily lie about there whole life and you would never know.

I saw the video of her crying, she was singing to a song, she could have been crying for many many reasons.
The fact of the matter though, is the fix is not through this thread, it's through contacting someone who can actually help.
