He once attempted to scam a person online two years ago. Now, he felt it was his duty to get punished for it and so he went and told a staff member about his actions.

I'm going based off of what the ban message was, attempted scamming. If someone tries to scam others, I don't understand how that person can be classified as kind?

There is no scam report. If you read the thread, you'd have known that when this took place Jax wasn't related with MC-M (He didn't have an account). He just messaged a staff member directly by himself about it.
