Here are the requirements for each role we're looking to fill:
General Qualifications for All Roles:
- A working microphone for voice communication is a must.
- Show dedication to our platform and its community.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with other staff members.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to handle challenging situations.
- Availability to commit to the designated hours and actively engage on our platform.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (or the primary language of the community) for effective communication with players and other staff members.
- Access to a functional microphone and the ability to use voice communication platforms if required for the role.
Builder:
- Exhibit skill and creativity in constructing structures, landscapes, and environments.
- May be asked to provide a portfolio of previous building projects or examples of work.
- Should not have any recent bans or disciplinary actions within the past month.
- Capability to complete work order forms to document and communicate progress on assigned building tasks.
Manager (Moderator):
- Previous experience in moderating and managing online gaming communities or platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle player inquiries, disputes, and enforce server rules.
- Should not have any recent bans or disciplinary actions within the past 3 months.
- Proficiency in filling out work order forms to efficiently address and track player-related issues.
Lead Manager (Lead of all Managers):
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and coordinating teams of moderators or staff members.
- Ability to delegate tasks, lead by example, and create a positive and productive work environment.
- Should not have any recent bans or disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.
- Proficiency in filling out work order forms to effectively manage and delegate tasks to the moderation team.
Admin:
- Extensive experience as a moderator or administrator on platforms is similar to ours.
- Knowledge of server administration, plugins, and platform management.
- Should not have any recent bans or disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.
- Proficiency in filling out work order forms to document and track administrative actions and server-related tasks.
Lead Admin (Lead of all Admins):
- Demonstrated expertise in platform administration and management, with a track record of successful setup and maintenance.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor other administrators.
- Should not have any recent bans or disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.
- Proficiency in filling out work order forms to effectively manage administrative tasks and provide guidance to the administrative team.
Developer:
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java) and experience with plugin development for platforms similar to ours.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to plugins and platform performance.
- Should not have any recent bans or disciplinary actions within the past 6 months.
- Proficiency in filling out work order forms to efficiently track and communicate progress on plugin development tasks.
