Got a random negative rep from someone I've never seen before

After an interaction with MC-Servers Ltd (I negative repped him) I got two negative reps: One from him and one from xProxGamer

I notice from this account that it has 0 rep and has only left two reputations:

I have never dealt with this user, but I do not expect MCM to actually care or read my rep dispute. What do I do? I now have three negative reputations, none of which I deserve. Monji claimed I was rude, but never once did I insult or be rude to him, in our five minute interaction, where he was actually quite close minded and disregarding.

What do I do?

That sucks. Opening a ticket would be your best bet, messaging a moderator or some form of staff member might also help you out, but it's not recommended as they will probably look o_O to you.

Report it using the "report reputation" button (https://gyazo.com/c803e99956be517ce2dee79507e1f5cd).
I've received multiple false neg reps before, I just reported it there and within a week it was removed. I've never used a support ticket for rep.

They were read but not replied to- that most likely means they have determined it either isn't a false rep or haven't found evidence to remove it.

That means you probably got unlucky and they missed it during a report purge (when there's hundreds of stacked reports and staff try to work through as quickly as possible), or they rejected it without notifying you. Anyway, it appears to be gone right now...

I also reported the reputation that claims you are scamming people, since it's been there for over half a year now, which is weird, since reputation claiming a scam was done is not valid unless there's a scam report attached, and any scam reports must have been resolved long since, and apparently in your favor since you're still here.

There wasn't even a scam report - I haven't even dealt with that user.

as I suspected. So I assume that will be resolved as well, since that is one thing that is specifically stated in the rules. No scam reputation without a scam report to back it up
