Honestly my personal opinion, is to go after HIM, not his gf. His gf did nothing wrong from what I can gather, sooo.. Also theoretically it's not 'hacking' if he already has his password.. But whatever.. Anyway, there are many ways you can do this: blackmail, sell his stuff, etc..
