Grant Plugin

I need a rank grant plugin.
When an admin does /grant {username} a GUI comes up with a list of ranks. When they click the rank, it runs a command such as /pex user {username} group set Helper.

I'll need to be able to customize the ranks either add or remove any rank I need.

Also i would like timers aswell. So if I want the player to have the rank for 1hr I can do so without waiting an hour to remove it myself.

Post prices in comments as I have no idea how much a plugin like this would cost, I'll just go with something reasonable
