I would say, if you are wanting a logo, banner and forum images, then you will get okay quality. Nothing great, a good logo, can cost $40+ alone, $20-30 for a good banner. Forum images would depend. If you want HQ images you are looking $100-150, but $50 is alright for some basic images.
