Are you able to just paste your resume here? It's much easier and it'd make a lot more people interested as they don't want to waste there time and they'd probably click off your thread because there not in the mood or don't think your fit and they never know until they look at your resume.

he is a decent manager, for 4 years of management there is some improvement possible but he's done pretty good and he's handled situations the right way.
