Why you should choose me?
I think that you should take me in as a staff member because I think and believe that I'm able to contribute much to the community. I'm a productive person, meaning that when push comes to shove I can efficiently work and get things done while multitasking. I also have a good amount of experience dealing with support and players in general, very good communication abilities and also the ability to be fair while handling with different situations, which makes me a good asset for the whole community.
I'd like to believe that I have good skills in writing and speaking, skills that are important and almost necessary when being a staff member since you need to be understood while writing/speaking from a professional perspective. Except for my skills that I've talked about, I'm a glad person that believes in communication and interaction, that these are the actual keys to success. While talking about communication and interaction, which can be used in so many different aspects, I believe that this also is the key to success while talking about punishments, rather than using violence, don't get me wrong though, I believe that the players that are breaking rules should be punished, but also be tough a lesson when being punished, being told what they did wrong and making them understand what's wrong with their actions. I believe that without using this, a big majority is just going to come back and redo their rule breaking actions on the server.
My personal goals:
(1) helping other players feel taken care of, as well as understood by the staff members which is really important according to me, this since we are in a pretty toxic community with many bullies not caring about that what they're saying can affect another human beings feelings. This is a huge problem, and the victims need to feel like the staff of the server "got their backs" in this and making them feel better as well as getting the bully to realize the consequences of his/her behavior.
(2) Growing as an individual, which will give me many useful experiences that I'll be able to use later in life, such as handling conflicts, handling players (in real life this would be like clients) and giving them the support they need, it will also develop my skills within being a staff in general, and some tasks within being a staff member on a minecraft server can be compared to a real life skill.
How I can contribute:I will be able to contribute in many different ways, as I've explained earlier. I'm great at communicating and interacting with other humans, which is a huge skill and is absolutely important while supporting and helping players, because it can be the depending factor if a player "trusts" us or not, meaning that if a player thinks that we're able to help him/her. I have previous experiences in handling/helping/supporting players with issues that they have, which makes me suitable for the job, having the experience in helping players, so I can help players from a professional perspective right from the beginning. I will be able to punish players in the right ways, and also making them realize what they've done, which is preventing them from doing it again, which is forming a better community.
I worked with this man seven months ago. Extremely professional. Very mature. Overall great guy.
