About me!
Hello, my name is Hannah and I am 19 years of age! I have not finished high school and I will soon be finishing up last minute credits! I have taken six months of nursing school but not yet certified. I have a dog, her name is Rhiley and she is my whole world! I have been playing MineCraft since 2014 and at first I did simple builds for fun! Gradually I discovered you can actually work for server owners to help better their network! After I figured this out I began building services and I was pretty decent at it. I ended up becoming a lead builder on a few networks and from there I decided I could do more. I started co-owning a server with a friend of mine. Even though I have no coding, and plug-in experience I focused on helping the staff team and making document layouts. Through time I began to learn Discord and how to set up bots and make it look professional. Within time I learned that I was a perfect fit for a staff management role with occasional community management included. Through time I have made mistakes, learned from mistakes, and bettered my experience. As a side job I do help out ROBLOX communities wherever I can. I do wanna get back into MineCraft so here I am. Note: I have had a massive break. It’s been atleast one to two years and through this time I rarely played MineCraft. However, don’t think it won't stop me from learning the commands again and doing an excellent job! Prior to certain things like I said I have learned a lot. I have started to gain more experience and add more detail. If you look back on previous posts you will notice a change in maturity This is to new beginnings! What are some of my cons?
Well, like I said before I have been playing MineCraft off and on for the past year and a half. I may be a little bit rusty with commands and things like that but not my services! As you can probably tell I am not the best at creating documents. I am a lot better with wording and layouts depending on what the document is about. Of course, given my role documents are a given so I will do my very best to make your documents detailed and outstanding! I am a person who tries to follow guidelines and I am also a person who will not associate with servers that have toxicity.
Rules when hired and before hiring!
- Equality is a big deal for me. Since I am a female, the staff and the staff team tend to take advantage or treat me differently. People make it seem that because I am a female I can’t get the job done or I am simped over. Unless I simp over you don’t come for me!! (Joke)
- Upon hiring please make sure I am who you want. Otherwise, don’t waste my time. Meaning, make sure you aren’t gonna ghost me, or leave me on read.
- If I am hired I expect to be the ONLY staff manager. I work well on my own and even with big groups I can handle it. I will work alongside community management and upper management.
- If hired and fired a week later because you find a new staff manager because they are “better” you will be blacklisted from my service (NOT THAT IT MATTERS) and I will no longer work for you again. This goes along with DO NOT waste my time. I work very hard to make sure I am doing the job properly and it's frustrating when this happens.
- Back me up, there are times especially because I am female the male staff team will try and overrule everything I do. I do not consider myself higher or better but I do consider my job different and my job is to organize the staff team and their roles. While also making sure they are doing what they are supposed to.
- If hired into an already active community, I like going through a period with them getting to know me because change is hard for everyone.
- If only hired because I am female then don’t hire me at all. (This has happened before because they wanted to simp over me.)

- In-game building (Not 100% the most amazing builder.

- Role set up and role organization for the staff team.
- Staff meetings, public speaking.
- Event creating and community participation.

What’s some things I do differently for the staff team? (Fun wise or just different)
- Staff meetings; Usually I will start up with a meeting with music, a game, or end it with a game and music before we begin!
- Learning experience; I offer a learning opportunity to those who have no experience at all. These classes can help players with experience and help better their applications.

Sadly, I do not remember most of the server names I have participated in! The reason for this is due to the longest break I have had. All the files I have saved are deleted. Within time I will find the files and begin adding everything here. That's why I have created this document as well to keep record.
