Happy Birthday system

We should have a happy birthday thing for when its people's birthday, we are a really close community and highly interactive. I think it would be a great feature, where a notification on the side would pop saying the birthdays of what users were on a set day.

On MC-Market it's about 200 users' birthday each day, I don't really think that it is worth the development time or cost to get a vanity like this developed when we have a whole bunch of other, more important things, to be developed that actually have a purpose.
