Hardcore Prison?

Hey guys,

I just wanted to know, what was everyone's opinion on hardcore prison? would you play it? or do you prefer normal prison?

This idea can open up so many servers, including op hardcore prison, hardcore prison etc.

Agreed, if you do it so it's not so time consuming, so slow, and have some custom features, it might actually be a really nice server!
Though, with hardcore prison, most people playing it ( not saying others don't ) are some harder core people and people that have been playing MC for longer then most. So they'll pay attention to a lot of the server.

By hardcore prison are you referring to OG prison like servers such as Don't Drop The Soap, Convicted, The Real Mincraft Community Prison, ect? Myself, being an older minecraft player, I would most definitely play on an OG prison server. I am a huge fan of the old prison servers and was really disappointed when they all started shutting down. I believe that the reason old school prison started failing is because the younger demographic of MC players became lazier and didn't want to put forth the effort to become good, thus the emergence of OP prison. Several of the large name prison servers have attempted to revive the genre but no one has been successful. MCP is still running but does not peak any more than 15. Creating an OG prison server would be a waste of money if you are looking at it from a business standpoint however, if you are looking at it from a gameplay standpoint just trying to give the small amount of veteran players still out there a place to stay, it would be worth it. It all depends on your view on things.
