That question is ridiculous but since 11/02/2018 there have been 332 development updates (excluding git updates which would push the thousands). Hard to believe that it still in the same state.Question is if it will ever release. I heard that name being tossed around last year, still seems to be in the same state.
Furthermore, we are not your casual HCF/Skyblock/Faction cash grab server which you can launch within a week or two. Everything is fully custom as we cannot just go and download a plugin. Recently we also ordered over 150 custom textures. Things take time to make if you want something that is not like all the other servers.
