Amazing question, I knew this question would come by somehow, as so many people hate seeing service-teams that are dull, have horrible support, and most of them are in it just for fun, but I am here to say that I have implemented a few things other service-teams don't have, like voice-support, a bot that welcomes you via voice-channel (not special but voice recognition might be!
)Also me and the other CEO will offer top-tier customer-support, apart from the support-team, we also will be doing giveaways, now this must seem like an ordinary service-team, but you know why nobody likes service teams? Or so it seems, its because of the lack of customer support, high-quality freelancers in the team, and the lack of updates to the bot, which make it shine, if you still think its ordinary, we also have announcements that are in voice rather than text, which make it a lot easier for a user to interpret and some people have reading problems so listening is great, it is also proven that, approximately 32 million adults in America are considered to be illiterate; about 14% of the entire adult population cannot read. Thats just America, imagine the whole population, we have a video instead of a thread design, which also separates us apart from other service-teams, if you still think this isn't different or unique, Id love to hear a suggestion, I try my best with the other CEO (Nite) to implement ideas that I find interesting and unique, thank you for reading!
With respect if targeting the illiterate part of the population is your niche, you're not going to have much success - those people are unlikely to be using the internet, let alone MCM. I also think that the twin goals of being high-quality and cheap are at odds with one another, as the best freelancers will just end up finding a team that values their skills more highly.
Are you going to focus on price, or quality? Regardless of the goal, what will incentivise freelancers to join? Most teams cite the ability to easily find clients - how would you go about doing this? What makes your team better at finding clients than the others? My recommendation would be to choose either price or quality and compete on that basis, making sure you're either the cheapest or the best, and to communicate that to potential clients.

Being illiterate isnt just the only reason we chose voice over text, we also chose it because of the attention span of humans, According to a study by Microsoft, the average human being now has an attention span of eight seconds. This is a sharp decrease from the average attention span of 12 seconds in the year 2000, which means we need to provide videos rather than text, and lets be honest here text is boring, videos arent, nor are voice, but you can always use a command to see the text (for people who either cant hear or just want to know what the announcement is about in text they can do -#text (ID), but what our initiative is that we want to be the best of the best, we arent targeting a cheap price range nor too expensive, we are targeting high-quality freelancers who do their jobs based on their skill, and yes we are putting quality over price which means quality comes first then price, we do think our price ranges will be for people with bigger budgets, but the reason being is that we will have only the best of the best freelancers, for finding clients, you got to leave that up to me, I can't share how I find my clients, but I can assure you, I will bring in a vast amount of clients daily, we will do our best to make our clients understand that.
Hm, I might be a little biased because I’m a writer, but I’m surprised that your answer to “what sets you apart” was replacing most of your text with video.
Your goal of making things more accessible to the disabled and illiterate is noble enough, but do consider that by making audio/video-only announcements and ads cuts off an entire section audience — those who are skimming through resources and don’t want to spend time loading and sitting through minutes of video when they could just read an ad in seconds.
Your video is lovely, but also consider that packing concise information into well-spaced, designed paragraphs might help you reach larger audiences as well.
Other than that, it takes courage and ambition to plunge into a project like this, especially with a plucky slogan like that, so kudos. GLWS!

I agree, and thank you for the kind words, its our first trailer, we will have more videos with audio rather than text, but I just think videos overall are better than text, likewise text is also useful its why I said we implemented a command in the bot called (-#text (ID of the announcement)), so that if you're in a rush like you said, you can just do the command and it will send you the text in the chat of the announcement, from now on everytime I make an announcement ill make sure to have the bot send the text and the audio so you get to choose, thank you for the amazing words and suggestion I hope you have a great day!
