If your referring to this website and katana's warning. Then in my opinion you are wrong, they are just trying to make the community as friendly as possible. However in some opinions this shouldn't of happened but you can't really blame the "website".

What's the context behind the warning? Seems that staff member has had a few issues lately?
Pretty stupid to get warned overs something that should still be classified as a mental disorder, but isn't due to people being overly sensitive.
