Having issues with 1.19 server set up and need some configuration help!

Hello! Me and my team are in the testing phase of our server, and today we just switched to 1.19. The sad part is now we cant log into the server at all! We keep getting a error message saying:

lost connection: Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(16) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(16): PooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx: 16, widx: 16, cap: 16)

I have gone through all of the plug ins and updated everything I can, there are some that haven't updated to the 1.19 version yet... but we still cant pin point the issue! If someone would be able to message me to help out please do so!

The issue is caused by one of your plugins that isn't compatible with 1.19. If you revert back to your old server version then the issue will be fixed.
