HCF Core/Core Developer

I am part of a server called ZobeHCF. We are currently starting up our own HCF/Kitmap Server and are in need of a developer and a core. The core can be custom but we are on a budget of $20. The core needs to include the following.​

• Mod/Staff mode
• Koths
• Freeze (Freeze GUI would be nice but doesn't matter)
• Factions
• Staff Revive/Dtr Regen etc.
• Bungee Ranks
• Fast Smelt/Fast Brew
• Pearling through fence gates and string (to be editable through config)
• Conquest
• EOTW
• Panic
• Inventory Rollbacks
• Deathban Timer
• 1.7.10/1.8 Spigot compatible

We would possibly like more in the future but that can be discussed through pm's in discord.
