HCF Core

i am looking to purchase a HCF core that is configurable.
There are only a few things that you need if i'm going
to purchase it off you:

* proof of the core
* At least 5 Positive rep
* No more then 1 negative rep

you must have all 3 of these or I will not purchase
off you.

* You will show proof before I pay you
*You will be payed through paypal
*if you attempt to scam me I will report you

You think that a Developer is just going to have a perfect HCF core that is configurable and exclusive lying around? no

you will have to pay them to make it for you, and don't expect it to cost you a cent under $1000
