+ Must have worked on a creditable HCF or Factions Server in the past
+ Must have at least 6 months in Spigot Plugin Knowledge
+ Must be over the age of 16 and able to use a microphone
+ Must be able to use either skype or discord
+ Must be able to provide proof of requirements 1 and 2
