hcf help

I am working on an hcf server by myself because I don't have the money to afford a dev. I was wondering if there is someone who can tech me how to create warzones, and claim roads. Such as south,west,east,north.

You can't join the server because I am stupid and don't know how to port forward, but we can go in temaspeak and talk about it.

Not really, Like some of the guys have said in here, if you want a REALLY good HCF server you better spend some $$$

May i say a thing? I might sound like a douche, but it's a tip, might be a tough tip.

IF you ever make a server, you should know how to configurer, and you show have experience with having one before. If you barely can port your IP forward, then yeah, just don't make a server. Specially a HCF server. If you say you can't efford a DEV, drop making a HCF server. A HCF server does not success, without a developer - now you know, and that's probably the most expensivest gamemode. Just don't make a HCF if you can't efford spending atleast $200+.

I can only question, why people wants too run a server when they don't know how to do the most basic of things like this, but I can only say that Google and YouTube will help a lot, that helped me with a few things back years ago.
