hcf regions

Hi, I'm looking to buy a region plugin for an HCF server.

Basically what this plugin needs to do/show is:

Now entering Spawn (Non-DeathBan)

Now entering NorthRoad (DeathBan)

Ect. If anyone has a plugin like this they are willing to sell to me. Pm or post here and I will add you on skype, thanks. and if thy are in a non-deahban area there pvp timer will not count down it will freeze

you can do this with worldedit.

i know i can make the regions but how do i set it up so the pvp timer dont run while there in spawn or something

You claim it with a system faction. Or world edit
