HCF Spawn

I'm looking to purchase a pre-made HCF Spawn. I've searched 200+ threads for a quality HCF spawn and couldn't find one. I'm not looking to hire a build team to build a custom spawn, but rather pre-made builds only. The spawn must be an HCF style-spawn, please don't waste my time by posting generic faction spawns here. The build doesn't have to be exclusive.

Spawns looks pretty cool, although not sure if they are what I'm looking for.
I do like the pirate-themed spawn though, I might come back to this one, will keep you updated.

As for any future post, I'd prefer to avoid any desert or mesa-biome HCF spawns. This spawn will most likely be placed in some sort of grassy-terrain.
