Hell MCM, so I know this is like my 3rd thread about HCGangs but we're about 2-3 week Upon Release and I need a few more staff. But I know you guys won't want to join a random HCF Server without knowing what we're about and why we think we will be succsesful upon release. So here I'm gonna be tell/Showing you what we have to offer. So first off We are getting the HCGames Builders to build us Our spawn/ Koths (They are amazing Builders). We will be getting OVH as our Dedi, as well as a Custom 5kx5k Map. We have also gotten Async (Better Hit detections) And fast pot which basically makes it so there's 0 pot lag. I know it's not a custom plugin but why buy one when it does the same function for free. This map we have kinda custom core, it was used by vitality HCF but we are buying access to it. Next map when we get enough donations we will be buying a Dev to make use a custom core.
Budget for youtubers: 200

I was gonna get Verzide and one more YouTuber but Verzide stopped uploading and most of his subs went inactive. So if you guys know any youtubers that have atleast 20k and play HCF post here cause I'm in need.

Answer > I haven't had any past experience moderating a HCF server, however I have been staff on other Factions servers as well as a Trial Moderator on the ParaPvP Network

Question >Do you know how to ss/Screenshare? And from a 1/10 scale how good do you think you are?
Answer > I do know how to screenshare as well as find ghost clients such as Vape and Spook. I have my own compilation of tools that I use in a screenshare. If I was to rate myself, I would place myself at 8/10 or around about, as I don't have any trouble with doing it and although it can be repetitive I don't fear screenshares like many staff. I not only have experience with screenshares, but also with plugin configuration if needed as well as BanManager, WorldEdit and most StaffMode plugins.

Answer > I want to become a staff member of HCGangs for many reasons. Most predominantly, I enjoy helping others and taking on new tasks. I've always wanted to be able to help on a HCF server where every little thing is important because it provides me with more of a challenge as well as a change to help the community. I always have and always will enjoy volunteering to assist within communities, charities, school events and public events. To my name, I have over 20 instances where I have volunteered for both public and community events including spending 5 hours volunteering at my local theatre after they were damaged from flood waters. For some reason, the description and feel of HCGangs already feels just... right.

During the first few months of this year, I was nominated to join a FIRST Technology Challenge robotics team. Currently, I am the Outreach Manager for the team with links to teams all over the world including countries such as: America, Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Germany, France and Britain. I've begun to teach myself (with the help of a friend) CSS, HTML, JSON and JavaScript as I wish to move towards the engineering and scripting aspect of the FIRST Technology Challenge. Why should we acceptWell I started playing Minecraft in 2014 and I didn't really know what staff was at that point until around January 2015 and I just started to watch staff series and admin series to watch what they do as a staff member of a server. I first applied on a server in march 9th on a server called furious PVP and I enjoyed my time on the server played with friends and just followed the rules and I got to Admin and on June 1st I resigned because the server sadly died to around 10 players a day and It wasn't my thing to play a server with no players. Around 5months ago from now I chose to apply on a server called vysticpvp I wasn't the best experience I've had but it was fun I got to the rank mod+ then i got demoted to jr-mod for being inactive, so i decided to resign I took a break from minecraft for like 2 weeks (i missed the game) So around 3 months ago I applied for staff on a bigger server with more things to do and it was sarefine I really didn't enjoy getting called out by other staff members so I just ignored them. I got demoted for Screen sharing with a trancelator because I didn't speak Spanish (stupid ik) Then after like 1 month i applied for parapots I did get falsely demoted by Yeko, Karson for asking when's eotw. I'm good at screensharing I've been staff on practice servers so thats tought me a lot about screensharing and ect i can find alot of clients from cracked spook, leaked spook and alot more optifine clients ect.
3. Tell us about you I'm 15 my names brandon I enjoy staffing on servers and just doing my job makes me happy.

4. How can you improve us Parapvp I was demoted as a trailmod for asking whens EOTW in chat hindu can vouch.
Sarefine Demoted for ssing without a mod.
Vysticpvp mod+ resigned lack of players
Furiouspvp Admin demoted for inactivity
Veltpvp helper demoted for telling a e-girl that she's only admin because she's a girl and she got offended.

Well I'm applying to become a part of the community and to be able to fit in and enjoy my time on the server, my past experiences ain't gone that well as I was hated on the staff team's for no reason, I'd like to become staff on this server to be able to help and support it by showing and proving what I can do as a staff member. I've played the server like 3-5 maps and I've enjoyed it so far and willing to apply and make it better/hacker free.When a eu staff is really active the community could change a lot of things it could cause less spam/ trash talkers because then they know staff are active. I really like to help people in TeamSpeak,forums,in game and it makes me happy to see other people enjoying being happy and enjoying the server. I've been staff on many servers and got a lot of bans/mutes and I've been so happy I could do that to help servers and to be able to become staff on the server that I've played a lot before is amazing.I have a wide sense of humor but at the same time I can be serious when necessary. I feel that staff who are serious all the time usually end up becoming hated by the members.From being staff on some many servers I've gotten to know commands from Helper rank-admin rank for hcf.I want to change that make the goodly community for people happy and they dont have to worry about getting phased, vclip'ed and i just want to help out and show im know what im doing and helping goodly is going to be the best thing it gives a good name for the server and help's the server
