HCTeams SRC How to make it a Plugin

Hello as you all know there are some HCTeams SRC on github by CodeMyAss

So i just want to test them out. if you download it there are the src. I just need a plugin.yml and a config.yml etc to make it full plugin. is there someone that can help me?
note: I won't use that hcf core just want to test it out because I'm buying 1 from Notifyz

I believe you need there Spigot which no one has.

I Remember having the spigot to this back in the day and actually getting it working, but no point in compiling it, old as fuck and doesn't work that well.

Here you go. You need Redis and Mongo. I also managed to get the spigot.

Compiling this gave me a lot of memories, this is from the first maps, there weren't any gray bars in the sb.
