Hello,

I'd like to keep this short and sweet as I assume both of our time is very valuable.
This being said I currently freelance my plugins and spend a good amount of time between /plugins and /servers. That being said, during my time here, I have literally never ran into a moderator on either of this categories and often (multiple times a day) see off-topic thread spam, it just the 5 minutes its taken me to write this post here's a few I've found:

Not to mention the 50 "HCF Core" threads created a day.. (People need to learn to use google)
Besides this, many request are very vague and irritate the same basic concept ten-fold. That being said I believe there needs to be an approval queue for plugin request and I would even be willing to help moderate this sub.

We do, My support ticket has been open since the 27th July, about DDoS threats & I've been bumping it every 1-2 days, not even assigned to a staff member.
If we had more staff, chances are someone would abuse / get really cocky.

My reports get dealt with in an hour
And support tickets 1 day max?

My support tickets take weeks, never a day. you're just lucky.

They're supposed to be answered from the oldest one first. Maybe you just should stop bumping it and wait patiently. We have prefixes for everything, there's zero chance that we'll miss your support request entirely.

I've been told in the past to bump it, I'll just leave it and see how long it takes .-.

Not sure how long ago that was, but you don't need to bump with our current system.

IT was quite a while ago (>3 months) and since I'm not staff I don't know how the backend works so I'll just leave it, Thanks for your help!

I won the PayPal dispute. You need to learn your actions have consequences and that you cannot speak to people the way you do. You could of had what you wanted, but instead you choose to be difficult and rude, and you lost everything. A tough lesson learned.

Getting more staff members is easier said than done, and moderators don't typically spend their time going through forums to find something breaking the rules, they wait until it's been reported.
