Helix is a network mostly specializing in minigames, with plans to expand into some more long-term projects once we get some stability and consistency established. We have some sound structure, with a database holding all of our various documents such as our server game mode info, staff rules, monetization, marketing plans, and some others. We have a dev team of 6 people. We are a serious project, we are committed to the long term, and most importantly we are going above and beyond to create a unique and competitive place for all!

Staff manager
: Keeps staff accountable for their actions, recruits' staff, hands out tasks, prepares documents as needed, acts on their own accord to complete tasks, among other duties.
RQ: Must have strong communication skills, conflict diffusion skills, have adequate time to commit to the role, A strong enjoyment for Minecraft, experience with management in Minecraft servers or a college degree in business.
