My computer, it was lagging a lot, and I couldn't shut it down manually, so i flipped the power supply, and unplugged. now when i turn the computer on, the fans and stuff spin, but nothing on screen happens. And for some inexplicable reason my mouse lights up but my keyboard doesn't. Did I fry my mobo?

Let me explain. I got my computer fixed, it worked fine. There were no new parts installed in between the time I left the store and now. Then, one day my computer wouldn't turn on, this exact same issue. Then, it suddenly started working again. Today, I was doing an activity on my computer which put a lot of stress on it. My computer was practically frozen, so I flipped the PSU + unplugged it. It wouldn't turn on after that, that's today.

Also, I'm debating whether it's the GPU or not because my mouse works, but my keyboard doesn't. I've tried switching ports.

That's your issue.

I suggest measuring your PSU outputs to see if you caused a short.
Usually shorts kill the entire PSU but certain parts(different voltages since they are under different transfo's) of it actually keep working normally in some cases (very unlikely though).
So I'll just assume it's not your PSU if you're not able to measure anything.

Is your motherboard showing any life? Lights?
Take your RAM out and boot without it. Try to boot with a single stick too.
Just to see if your motherboard will show signs of life.

I will test that right now. How do I measure my PSU output? I have a multimeter.

Motherboard is showing light. How do I hard shut off in the future? If I'm frozen.

I am horrible with small spaces, and I am confident I won't be able to plug everything back in. The motherboard seems to be functioning (cpu fan spins, etc), should I try unplugging + replugging gpu?

How do you know your CPU is working?

Yes, go over all your connections. This is the first thing you do.
did that, it did nothing. I'm probably just going to take it to the store, I don't want to have to unplug absolutely everything.
