Help! My server got stolen! What should i do?

Hello,
Im in a bit of a bad mood at the moment as i found out my friend had changed my email for Console. He had a sub admin account and i recieved a email saying that the email for MY Account would be changed. I noticed him of this and he said is must be a miss type and he was changing his email.
Later that day i contacted OMGServ support (The Host I Use)
And their asking Me for my national Identity Card.
My parents currently dont know about this because they'd freak out that the person has my Account with my adress and everything

Go to OMGServ with the transaction ID and then request a password reset on billing and mukticraft.

1. It's a really cheap host
2. I doubt you had an custom plugins
3. You seem to young to own a server

Let's get this straight, if a host is requesting your fking national identity card there is something wrong. Nobody should be putting out that kind of information regardless. I'd be happy to help you get files and config a done for a new server and I wouldn't need console or anything.
