What he is going to do:

• Set me up with his servers (DDOS protected, dedicated ip)
• Transfer server files

How much should I pay him?
If monthly, how much for his servers?
What is the one-time payment for transferring server files?

I don't want you to name cheap prices. I am going with him mainly because he's trustworthy.
