Is there some form of payment involved for System Admins? I'm asking the question for the public.

Sorry, i don't quite understand what your saying. If you are saying that no one will work for me because i'm a server manager i'm the owner.

Lots of people will become a 'manager' for free. Doesn't mean they are qualified/mature enough, but they will do it.
Oh yes, i understand now. That is why an application is requred. We use a method that no other server has used or using. This method will determind if they are mature enough with the slight bit of detail to mistake.
