I started a Survival server 3 days ago. We just had 22 people on, we had to upgrade the ram, it was a whole thing. However me and my admin are busy developing, and working behind the scenes we need active, helpful, friendly, engaging, staff members to join our team and help us create a great server for others to play on.
Your job as a helper would mostly be to engage in the community, be active/play survival, and answer any questions. You do have perms to /mute and /kick which you can use if you see fit.
