What makes you think that this is worth $100? The spawn is extremely simple, that would take under an hour to make. It's 1 structure with some minor things around it. This post is not meant to bash it, it's an honest question.

That is why I lowered it to $65.00 as I need money for my up and coming server and I felt $100.00 was quite high.

$100 is extremely high for something like this. If anything $50 would be a max payment but in my opinion the max I'd pay for this is $40-$45.
