Today I am here to sell some builds I personally made for a friends Hardcore Factions server, he decided he wanted to make factions instead so here I am today to sell this. I never finished the KOTHs as I did not have time and he told me that he did not want to continue with Hardcore Factions.

For my previous HCF map I had a spawn built for only $20 and $5 per each koth. The spawn was great quality and was done extremely fast.

May I ask what team you used? I use Aminoque and other large teams that are well known and they never build a spawn for under $100.00 especially something of a decent size.

I never used a team. He is a solo builder although he does ask his IRL friend to give him a small hand with detail and such but other than that he's a solo builder. He has done a lot of my builds. I'll leave a few examples below, many of these were under the price of $50, the KitPvP map was exactly $50 and done within a weeks time, build by 2 people(him and his IRL friend).

I did not ask for appraisals, I value this at $60.00 due to the time I put into it, Aminoque completed a commission for KoonKraft which was a hardcore Factions spawn of near to the same size and less structures then I included for $150. I do not consider myself a professional builder but I like to get my moneys worth. I will ask again, please re-frame from posting anything on this thread unless you are interested in purchasing it.

Yes I feel its worth the $60.00 for the time I put into it and the overall build itself.

I wasn't waiting my time, I don't want server owners being scammed over something silly
