High-Ranked Staff Position

So, I have obviously been playing the game for awhile now and for the past four years I've just been bouncing around servers as staff. I think the last time I actually 'played' the game was like in 1.5.2 on a Vanilla Faction server. I've been staff on countless servers, just like everyone else, but they have all been PVP inclined servers.
About Me:
I am a very dedicated staff member. I have never really liked being staff on multiple servers at once, because I feel like I'm not showing enough dedication to each server and therefore feel like I am not performing as I should. I don't really branch out into other games. Currently I really only play two games, CS:GO and Mineman. I enjoy being in a TS talking to players and other staff all the time. I'm not one of those people that just doesn't communicate with others. I am a very reasonable, intelligent, and proactive individual that seeks to only help out in any way possible. I am also nearing the end of high school (3 weeks) and so I have a lot of time on my hands currently, and will also be readily available over the summer.

What I Offer:
I can offer a variety of different services for any type of server. From previous positions I have extensive experience in dealing with forums, players, and staff issues. I have always seemed to be that go to staff member when something goes on, or if there is a question about certain situations that revolve around players. I generally get on at around 4:00 PM (EST) and get off at around 11:00 PM (EST) during the week. On weekends I am on for most of the day, and especially at night and later into the evening. I can adapt to almost anything thrown my way. I like challenges and enjoy meeting new players and getting to know my fellow staff members. In the past I have always been what seemed to be the only person that ever wanted to SS someone. It doesn't bother me to open up a Join.me and SS a player. I'm not an asshole when it comes to that type of stuff. Also I enjoy reading ban appeals, player reports, and responding to players on forums. In-game I am very friendly towards players and staff. I enjoy being able to interact and hold a conversation with players whenever they feel like talking to me. I am always available to talk with players in TS about any sort of questions they might have.
Conclusion:
Overall I feel like I am a very adaptable person who enjoys being staff on almost any server. I also feel that my experience and dedication could land me a paid position. Details regarding pay can be discussed over Skype or PM's. I am also kind of looking to be staff on a PVP related server. I take my positions seriously and want to help grow the server the best I can, and also carry out the vision of the server owner(s). I take pride in being professional and helping players and fellow staff members whenever they need it.
