Currently i am looking for a partner for my factions server which hasn't been published yet, but it has been on development for about 2 months and is around 70% done. In the future we are planning on releasing more realms and gamemodes, such as skyblock. I wouldn't say our server is "unique" since there are thousands of other factions servers, but we are having some cool ideas and features that might raise awareness and are maybe never seen before.
The expenditures and the incomes will be split 50/50 and you will have access to everything just like me, altough i am still going to be the main owner and i will maintain the rights to fire/demote you at any time. (Nothing unfriendly, just wanted to declare this)
Requirements
- Be at least 15 years old
- Good and fluent english speaker
- Willing to invest time to this project on a daily basis
- Helping the owner (me) to run the servers with some kind of investments
- A stable budget
- Management skills, such as keeping the staff team in line, administrating in-game, the discord and the forums.
- Do your job with a lot of dedication and enthusiasm
- XenForo management
- Java/Plugin development
