Hire a Manager

Hey,

Quick and Juicy suggestion - hire a Manager that will assist or complete the following:

Update and Inform the community on new changes to the forums
Direct Moderators on their tasks
Assist Mick

Or just in other words, interact and respond with the community so Mick can take care of more stuff such as actual changes to the site, dealing with uptime and money.

or, they do it themselves. I don't see the need in having a Forum Manager when they keep up to it a lot more than most other market owners.

We announce things when needed and the mods don't need "to be directed" we do as we are meant to and reports are done in a timely manor (Minus Support requests which we are working on, though a manager would do noting with that). The team is stable and the last manager we had (Rocket), in the long run only created more issues.

Thanks for your concern and suggestion, however, like others have said already this simply isn't necessary. Mods don't need to be directed.

I have been thinking that some sort of newsletter could be interesting though, just like Verringer was going to introduce before I became owner and decided against it. The main problem I feel that people have with me and my style of management is that I don't tend to make announcements about every tiny little thing or anything like that, so having people who write a bi-weekly announcement about things could be cool. I guess I'll make a suggestion about it a bit later though.
