I'm searching for a developer that has knowledge in the gamemodes of these kinds
-HCF
-Factions
-Practice PvP

This is so that he knows what he is doing I'm making an HCF server and I'm in need of a developer that has knowledge in these sort of things. My budget for the developer will between 50-300USD. Your first payment will be received day after the server opens and will be double of what I would be giving you every month since you will be waiting for the payment. The payments vary from how much work you have done that month. I also will be in need of help with certain things.

Most developers will need an upfront payment and not a payment after its made. If it was like that I would pm you but nah.

That is true but this is not my first time hiring someone, devs that i have hired in the past i have payed them upfront and have either never listened or confronted me with the projects ive sent them or just delayed the process of it like alot like it would take them 2 weeks to do a plugin that i know would take at least 3 days. That is why I do it like this. You do not need to do that, we could negotiate if you would like.

I understand but say I make a plug exactly the way you say too make it then you change the original idea and come up.saying I want more more more ecen though you asked for one thing. I have had bad past with people like that and usualy only do commision 50/50

I see how you feel, I can see how that would be a problem with people you would be dealing with, but with me i discuss things before they are put in place. So before you start making the plugin I would go ahead and discuss my idea, we brainstorm and then we start, if and then I come up with something new that i thought of and you already start making it. I would say "hey if you can can you make this happen but if it were to take to long don't add it in" this is how I do things but I see how it would be struggling for you and the owner. thanks for the honest criticism and I always accept it, if and more people would like to give me feedback, please feel free.
