Hiring Co-Owner(s) for Fully-Funded Network

Hello, I am looking for talented individuals who believe they can create a successful network, advertise efficiently, and make this project a profitable endeavor. I will be funding this project, and I plan on investing a pretty substantial amount so that the people chosen to help lead this project will have everything needed to be successful. I will most likely have more than one Co-Owner, and I would like for there to be a diversification of skills between Co-Owners. Co-Owners will share in the profits of the network so there is incentive to work hard and join this project. I’m looking for individuals who are skilled or can help in the following areas:

• Plugin configuration & development
  
  
• Website development
  
  
• Efficient and effective advertising
  
  
• Community building through regular events and promotions
  
  
• Knowledge about how to work with dedicated boxes
  
  
• Ability to setup attractive shops that encourages donations
  
  
• Dedication (one of the most important things on this list)
  
  
• A Youtuber who has a decent number of subscribers who can promote the network with their channel, build a community of Youtubers who promote the network, and start a channel dedicated to the network.
  
  
• Dedication (the other skills and qualities don’t matter if someone doesn’t have this)
  
  
• Skilled at building
  
  
• Graphic design
  
  
• A person who has connections to other individuals or a team of individuals who could help get this project off the ground
  

I believe this is a terrific opportunity for someone who may not have the needed funds to start their own project, but feels they have the talent and knowledge to create a thriving network. I will be looking to fill more positions than just co-owner, but I will be choosing the people who I feel will be the biggest assets to the network.
