Hello there. I'm working on an idea that has been launched and re-launched several times. My friend and I own an apparel company.
I need to hire a couple artists to make original designs that you can come up with yourself or I can give you a design idea that is outside of my artistic ability.
Artists are paid based on percentages from shirts with their design sold or if the design is good enough I'll just pay up front.
If you think you can do this then send me a PM with your portfolio and age.
Also hiring people for SEO and marketing so if you can do that also feel free to send me a PM.

What type of clothing brand? I understand that you stated T-Shirts but Ill need a little more information about style, type of drawings, what audience your aiming for ( teens, children, adults )

My company has been up and running fine for almost a year so I don't know what you're on about.
The misconception here is that this is not just an idea. This is already a successful company and I simply need to find one or two more artists as we continue to grow.

It's worth noting I didn't realize how old this thread was. I updated how people are paid a while ago. Quite simply if we think the design is actually decent then I'll pay upfront for it along with royalties.
