Hiring Dev! Custom Enchants, Must be Experienced

Upcoming Server Needs a Custom Plugins
Hello, we are looking for an experienced developer who knows their way around the Factions and Custom Enchantment plugins. Please contact us on Skype for information about pay (we will not be stingy). Our information can be found at the end of this post. As for the plugin, we are looking for a custom enchantment plugin with 45-50 custom enchantments that have a wide range of complexity. The plugin would need a /enchant gui where the player can spend xp in return for books that when clicked on an item would apply the custom enchantment. Along with this we need to be able to put these enchantments on weapons and armor in players kits and these enchantments must be able to be obtainable in crates already applied to armor/weapons. We need this plugin done within a week of accepting this request. Some examples of the enchantments we are looking for can be found below so that you know what you are getting in to. Some Enchantments:

Obstroyer (for pickaxes) - chance to instantly mine obsidian. Level: 1=25%chance 2=50%chance 3=75%chance 4=100%chance

Seismic Slam (for axes) - chance to send all players (except for your factoin/allies) flying back 8 blocks and damaging them for 3 hearts. Level: 1=0.5%chance 2=1.0%chance 3=1.5%chance 4=2%chance

Endwalker (for bow) - If the user has enderpearls in their inventory the bow will teleport them to where the arrow lands. If the arrow hits another player, the player that got hit with the arrow will be teleported to the person who shot the bow. If they have no enderpearls, the bow becomes a normal bow.

Flight (for boots) - When the boots are equiped the user will be able to fly for a duration. They must go through a 30 second cooldown before this is usable again. Level: 1=10secondflight Level:2=15secondflight Level:3=20secondflight Level:3=30secondflight

Overload (for chestplate) - Increases health of the player. Level: 1=2hearts 2=4hearts 3=6hearts

Springs (for boots) - Increases jumping when worn. Level: 1=JumpBoost1 2=JumpBoost2

Gears (for boots) - Increases speed when worn. Level: 1=Speed1 2=Speed2

Immunity (for helmet) - Immune to bad potions. ex. poison, slowness, nausia, blindness, damage.

Lifesteal (for axes and swords) - Takes enemy heats and gives them to the attacker. Level: 1=10%chancestealheart 2=25%chancestealheart 3=50%chancestealheart 4=50%chancestea2hearts 5=75%chancestea2hearts

IceBox (for sword) - Traps enemy in box of packed ice. Gives enemy slowness. Gives enemy blindness. Players can hit enemy that is traped in icebox. Level: 1=0.5%Chance 2=1.0%Chance 3=2.0%Chance

Stim (for pants) - When players hearts drop to 4 the player is fully rehealed... this has a 3 hour cooldown. Permanant regeneration 1 is applied when this armor is equiped.

Blizzard (for axes and swords) - Small chance to trap all players in 16 block radius of the player in an icebox (the enchantment a few up) Level: 1=1.0%

Ninja (for axes and swords) - Chance to blind the enemy hitting you for a specified number of seconds. Level: 1=3%/2seconds 2=4%/3seconds 3=5%/4seconds

Hardened (for all armor|does not stack if on multiple pieces) - Chance to give the enemy that is hitting you weakness 1. Level: 1=0.75%Chance 2=1%Chance 3=1.5%Chance 4=2%Chance

Cursed (for all armor|does not stack if placed on multiple pieces) - Chance to give the enemy that hit you wither1 effect. Level: 1=.75%Chance 2=1%Chance 3=1.5%Chance 4=2%Chance

Revolusion (for all armor|does not stack if placed on multiple pieces) - Chance to give the enemy that hit you slowness and poison for 10 seconds. Level: 1=.75%Chance 2=1%Chance 3=1.5%Chance 4=2%Chance

Bolt (for bow) - When you shoot a player with this bow they get struck by lightning and get frozen in place for .5 seconds

NightLight (for helmet) - gives the player night vision

Overkill (for axes and swords) - Chance to do double damage Level: 1=7.5% 2=12.5% 3=15% 4=20% 5=50%

Slayer (for pants and chestplate) - Gives player strength when worn. Level: 1=Stength2 with any piece (only one piece required) 2=Strength3 ONLY if both pieces are worn and are level 2

BlastMine (for pickaxes) - If applied to pickaxe then the user will mine in a 3x3x3 cube fashion.

Thor (for axes) - When hitting other players there is a chance to strike them with lightning and do 5x armor damage on that hit.

Storm (for axes and swords) - When hitting other players there is a 0.25% chance to strike all enemies in a 16 block radius of the player with lightning. This strike will do 200 ARMOR DAMAGE! NOT PLAYER DAMAGE! damage to every players armor, reguardless of enchantments applied to that armor.

Triton (for the hoe) - When the hoe is right clicked, all faction members in a 5 block radius of the player will be given resistance 2, absorption 3, and regeneration 2 for 5 seconds. All enemies in the 5 block radius will recieve blindness 1, nausia 1, and mining fatigue 1 for 5 seconds. This has a 2 minute cooldown
